HF announces a new member of the board.

Starting September 1st Karsten Stern stepped into HF Management board.

Together with Mr Zoran Uranjek he will lead HF TireTech Group`s and HF FoodTech Group`s
future business.

His wide-ranging experience in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in processing,
primarily in the food sector, will further advance HF`s competences and performance portfolio.
